We would like to introduce ourselves as an EPC contractor with complete solutions on CONSTRUCTION for variety of buildings (Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality, urban infrastructure including METRO RAIL & AIRPORTS).

Engineering
KNAB is proud of our engineering experience for Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality, urban infrastructure including METRO RAIL & AIRPORTS.
We provide solutions for detail engineering to the projects which includes shop drawings (2D), as-built drawings (2D), standard details, engineering calculations, design validation, project report, value engineering.
We also provide solutions with 3D BIM models prepared to local standards and building codes for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire systems. We also coordinate MEP systems design for services and coordinate between the services, architectural and structural design to fulfill the project requirements.
All services (HVAC, pipework, plumbing, electrical and fire systems) are modelled within an accurate 3D architectural and structural model, using actual manufacturer data for accurate sizing. Our MEP models allow for lagging, bracketing, maintenance access, installation and economic installation.
Our team includes professional personnel, such as plumbing design engineers, fire design engineers, electrical design engineers, HVAC and mechanical design engineers, BIM modelers and experienced multi-service coordinators.
Specialist packages for design are used, such as DIALux, HAP, Elite, AutoCAD and Revit to create drawings and 3D models, then Navisworks to validate our work. With most of our services, we utilize collaboration technology such as BIM 360 Design.
